现就2025-2026学年国际本科生学业奖学金评定工作安排通知如下：

Regarding the Academic Scholarship for international undergraduate students for the academic year of 2025-2026, measures are notified as follows:

一、 评定范围 Award Recipients

已完成第一年学习的在籍在校全日制国际本科生。

Full-time international undergraduate students enrolled at the university who have completed their first academic year.

二、 评定条件 Evaluation Criteria

参评学生应具备下列基本条件：

Applicants should meet the following basic criteria:

（一）热爱中国，对华友好，自觉遵守我国各项法律法规，遵守校区各项规章制度。

Applicants should love China, be friendly to China, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and comply with the rules and regulations of HITSZ.

（二）学习态度端正，认真刻苦，参评学年内，必修课第一次考试不及格未超过两门。

Applicants should have a positive attitude to study, work hard. There are no more than two failed compulsory courses on the first attempt during the academic year under review.

（三）未获得中国政府奖学金（CSC奖学金）或其他国家政府奖学金的资助。

Applicants are not recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC Scholarship) or other nations’ government scholarships.

三、 工作安排 Evaluation Arrangements

（一）评定阶段 Assessment

各学部7月27日登录本研教学管理与服务平台，查看学生学业进程及成绩排名（2025秋季与2026春季学期已修课程成绩完整），根据参评基本条件、2025-2026学年学分绩排名与名额确定各等级学生名单。

On July 27, each College verifies the student grades (all of the courses taken during 2025 Fall and 2026 Spring semester should be shown), and determines the list of students for each scholarship level based on the basic criteria, the grade ranking and the quota.

各学部应不晚于7月30日完成获奖名单的公示，要求如下：

1. 公示内容包括全体在籍在校学生（不含休学）当前的学分绩排名、评定等级；

2. 公示时间不少于3个工作日，具体为：7月28日-7月30日，注明联系人、联系电话及邮箱。

The College shall publicly finish announcing the list of students no later than July 30. The requirements are as follows:

1. The public notice shall include the academic ranking and each scholarship level of all enrolled qualified students.

2. The public notice period shall last no less than 3 working days, specifically from July 28 to July 30. Contact information (name, phone number, and email) must be provided.

（二）校区审批与奖学金发放 Approval and Disbursement

国际教育中心审核无误、报校区学生奖学金工作领导小组审批后，统一组织发放学业奖学金。

International Education Center will arrange the disbursement process of HITSZ Academic Scholarship after checking and receiving the approval from the student scholarship working group of the campus.

请各学部于7月30日17:00前将《2025-2026学年国际本科生学业奖学金名单》（附件Excel表及签字后的PDF）报送国际教育中心。
