现就校区2025-2026学年国际研究生学业奖学金事宜通知如下：
Regarding the academic scholarship for international master’s students and doctoral students for the academic year of 2025-2026, measures are notified as follows:
一、 评定范围 Award Recipients
已完成第一年学习的在籍在校全日制国际研究生。
Full-time international master’s students and doctoral students enrolled at the university who have completed their first academic year.
二、 评定条件 Evaluation Criteria
参评学生应具备下列基本条件：
Applicants should meet the following basic criteria:
（一）热爱中国，对华友好，自觉遵守我国各项法律法规，遵守校区各项规章制度。
Applicants should love China, be friendly to China, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and comply with the rules and regulations of HITSZ.
（二）学习态度端正，认真刻苦，参评学年内，研究生学位课第一次考试不及格未超过两门，其中博士研究生第二学年须获得培养方案规定的课程学分。
Applicants should have a positive attitude to study, work hard. There are no more than two failed degree courses on the first attempt during the academic year under review. Doctoral students must obtain the course credits specified in their curriculum by the second academic year.
（三）未获得中国政府奖学金（CSC奖学金）或其他国家政府奖学金的资助。
Applicants are not recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC Scholarship) or other nations’ government scholarships.
三、 评定程序 Evaluation Procedures
（一）学部评选 College Selection
1. 国际博士研究生 For International Doctoral Students
学生自评：7月15日至7月17日，国际博士研究生对自己2025-2026学年的遵规守纪、学习情况、参加活动情况三个方面进行描述，填写《国际博士研究生年度评审表》（附件1）。
Student Self-assessment: From July 15 to July 17, international doctoral students describe three aspects including the rules and regulations observance, the academic performance, and the participation in activities during the academic year of 2025-2026, and fill out the Annual Review Form for International Doctoral Students, HITSZ (Attachment 1).
学部考评：7月20日至7月24日，学部国际学生奖学金评定工作组负责组织相关人员分别从学习成绩、学习态度及考勤、日常行为表现、奖励及其他突出表现等方面对国际博士研究生进行评价，完成《国际博士生年度评审表》中的“学部考评”部分，评审意见为“合格”者视为通过年审。
College Assessment: From July 20 to July 24, the student scholarship working group of the College is responsible for organizing relevant panel to review the international doctoral students in terms of the academic performance, learning attitude and attendance, daily behavioral performance, awards and other outstanding performance, etc., and to complete the school assessment part in the Annual Review Form for International Doctoral Students, HITSZ. Students who receive the "Qualified" are regarded as having passed the annual review.
符合申请条件且通过年度评审的博士研究生可享受2025-2026学年国际博士研究生学业奖学金，评审意见为不合格者，取消本学年学业奖学金参评资格。
Doctoral students who meet the basic criteria and pass the annual review are eligible for the scholarship, and those who are reviewed as "Failed" will be disqualified from participating in the scholarship for the current academic year.
2. 国际硕士研究生 For International Master’s Students
7月27日，各学部核定学生成绩（已修课程成绩完整），根据参评基本条件、学生学位课筛选成绩排名与名额确定各等级学生名单。
On July 27, each College verifies the student grades (all of the courses taken should be shown), and determines the list of students for each scholarship level based on the basic criteria, the grade ranking of students' degree courses and the quota.
（二）学部公示 College Announcement
各学部应不晚于7月30日完成获奖名单的公示，公示期不少于3个工作日。
The College shall publicly finish announcing the list of students for each scholarship level no later than July 30. The announcement should last no less than 3 working days.
（三）校区审批与奖学金发放 Approval and Disbursement
国际教育中心审核无误、报校区学生奖学金工作领导小组审批后，统一组织发放学业奖学金。
International Education Center will disburse the HITSZ Academic Scholarship after checking and receiving the approval from the student scholarship working group of the campus.
请各学部于7月30日前将《2025-2026学年国际博士/硕士研究生学业奖学金名单》（Excel表及签字后的PDF）和《国际博士研究生年度评审表》（签字后的PDF，以“学号+姓名”命名）报送国际教育中心。
